Job Description:

About Us

At Autograph, we are passionate about preserving personal histories and connecting families through the power of voice. We're building a platform that allows people to capture, store, and share their most precious stories and memories, creating a digital legacy for generations to come. We are a mission-driven team looking for passionate individuals to help us build something truly meaningful.

Job brief

Autograph is building the easiest way for families to capture and preserve life stories. We're hiring a Head of Growth to own B2B partnerships and enterprise/light-enterprise sales. You'll stand up our outbound motion, open distribution channels, and turn aligned organizations into repeatable revenue streams.

Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, and close partnerships with senior-living groups, veterans orgs, nonprofits, benefits platforms, and other mission-aligned channels.
  • Build the end-to-end sales engine: ICPs, lead lists, multi-touch sequences, demos, proposals, pilots, and MSAs.
  • Create and manage the pipeline/forecast (CRM discipline, stage definitions, win-loss notes, weekly reviews).
  • Design and run pilots that prove ROI; capture case studies and roll them into a repeatable playbook.
  • Collaborate with Product/Eng to scope features, integrations, and data needs that unlock or scale partners.
  • Define partner tiers, rev-share/wholesale pricing, and enablement kits (one-pagers, scripts, training).
  • Own targets (SQLs, win rate, payback, revenue) and report succinctly to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales/partnerships with a track record of net-new channel creation and closed revenue.
  • CRM fluency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Comfortable running founder-style sales: research, cold outreach, discovery, demo, and bespoke deal crafting.
  • Strong commercial judgment (pricing, terms, incentives) and contract negotiation experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication; executive-ready and audience-aware.

What we're looking for

  • World-class communicator who can "talk to the king and the peasant" in equal measure.
  • Mission-first energy that shows up in every interaction.
  • Systems thinker who turns one-off wins into repeatable motion and clear playbooks.
  • Creative researcher who uncovers non-obvious channels and wedge opportunities.
  • Collaborative partner to Product/Design/Eng who can translate customer asks into crisp requirements.

Why join us

  • Build humanity's shared consciousness. Reinvent how we share and experience stories, across both oceans and generations.
  • Join a small, ambitious team with big impact and ownership.
  • Build the channel engine from zero to one and define how we grow.
