Job brief

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to take ownership of crafting user experiences that are simple, intuitive, and delightful. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle, from framing problems with PMs and engineers, to wireframing and prototyping, to shipping polished flows. You'll also leverage modern tools (e.g., Framer) to design, build, and ship front-end components and landing pages that accelerate learning and free Eng to focus on core functionality. This role is ideal for a designer who can think systematically, sweat the details, and bring clarity to complex interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering to define user flows and interaction patterns.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own design for the product, organizing across Figma, user journey/flow mapping, and user experience.
• Design and ship lightweight front-end components and landing pages (e.g., in Framer) to validate ideas quickly.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all surfaces.
• Present design work and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years designing digital products end-to-end (or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating equivalent impact).
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, UX flows, and shipped work.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.); Framer experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and component thinking; comfortable collaborating with engineers.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Bonus: Experience with voice agent user experience.
• Extra bonus: Engineering experience, front-end and web design, prototyping tools (v0), or visual design chops.
