Job Description:

About Us

At Autograph, we are passionate about preserving personal histories and connecting families through the power of voice. We're building a platform that allows people to capture, store, and share their most precious stories and memories, creating a digital legacy for generations to come. We are a mission-driven team looking for passionate individuals to help us build something truly meaningful.

Job brief

We're looking for a Performance Marketing lead to own paid acquisition end-to-end. You'll run Meta/Google (and test new channels), craft landing pages/creative with Design & Product, and hold the line on CPA/CAC, conversion, and payback.

Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy, budgets, targeting, creative testing, and daily optimization across Meta and Google.
  • Define ICPs, life triggers, and messaging pillars; translate them into ads, offers, and landing pages.
  • Stand up a rigorous test-and-learn cadence.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards; report weekly on CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and payback.
  • Partner with Product/Design to ship high-intent landing pages and in-product experiments that lift conversion.
  • Implement tracking and attribution, and maintain clean data (PostHog, Looker, etc).
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging channels (YouTube, TikTok, affiliates, influencers) with clear success criteria.
  • Manage vendors/freelancers as needed; produce briefs that yield high-quality assets fast.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing for consumer products with material paid budgets.
  • Deep, tactical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (incl. PMAX/search/shopping) and current best practices.
  • Strong quantitative chops: cohorting, incrementality basics, A/B testing, power/significance, and funnel math.
  • Proven landing-page experience (briefs, wireframes, copy, and rapid iteration via tools like Webflow/Next.js).
  • Analytics fluency (PostHog, Looker, Segment, or similar), event design, and attribution hygiene.
  • Excellent copy instincts and creative feedback skills; portfolio of ads/LPs that moved the needle.

What we're looking for

  • Analytical operator obsessed with CPA and payback, but creative enough to make thumb-stopping ads.
  • Full-funnel thinker who connects channel learnings to product conversion and retention.
  • Bias to action: ships experiments weekly, kills losing initiatives quickly, scales winners confidently.
  • Clear communicator who can ask for the data/engineering/design support they need succinctly.

Why join us

  • Own the performance engine and see your work convert directly into meaningful histories captured and families delighted.
  • Fast feedback loop, high autonomy, and room to test bold ideas.
  • Mission with heart, team with pace; direct line to founders and real impact on trajectory.
