Job brief
We're looking for a Performance Marketing lead to own paid acquisition end-to-end. You'll run Meta/Google (and test new channels), craft landing pages/creative with Design & Product, and hold the line on CPA/CAC, conversion, and payback.
Responsibilities
- Own channel strategy, budgets, targeting, creative testing, and daily optimization across Meta and Google.
- Define ICPs, life triggers, and messaging pillars; translate them into ads, offers, and landing pages.
- Stand up a rigorous test-and-learn cadence.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards; report weekly on CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and payback.
- Partner with Product/Design to ship high-intent landing pages and in-product experiments that lift conversion.
- Implement tracking and attribution, and maintain clean data (PostHog, Looker, etc).
- Evaluate and pilot emerging channels (YouTube, TikTok, affiliates, influencers) with clear success criteria.
- Manage vendors/freelancers as needed; produce briefs that yield high-quality assets fast.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing for consumer products with material paid budgets.
- Deep, tactical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (incl. PMAX/search/shopping) and current best practices.
- Strong quantitative chops: cohorting, incrementality basics, A/B testing, power/significance, and funnel math.
- Proven landing-page experience (briefs, wireframes, copy, and rapid iteration via tools like Webflow/Next.js).
- Analytics fluency (PostHog, Looker, Segment, or similar), event design, and attribution hygiene.
- Excellent copy instincts and creative feedback skills; portfolio of ads/LPs that moved the needle.
